Majda Rabah

Principal Engineer at Roux Associates, Inc.

Dr. Rabah is a registered Professional Engineer and a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) in the State of New Jersey with over 25 years of experience in the planning, development, and management of complex environmental remediation projects under various State (NJDEP, NYSDEC, and SCDHEC) and Federal (RCRA and CERCLA) regulatory programs. Dr. Rabah has managed, designed, and overseen the implementation of investigation and remediation at numerous large-scale, multi-faceted environmental remediation projects with a wide range of contaminants (petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, PCBs, emerging contaminants, etc.) under complex geological conditions.

Dr. Rabah holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Dr. Rabah’s Ph.D. research was funded by NASA to develop a gravity-independent grey water treatment system for space applications, a prototype of which was tested at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Rabah is currently a Principal Engineer for Roux.
