Prior to this role, Tom was an Account Support Manager at FarmQA, Inc. from December 2014 to July 2016, collaborating with agricultural technology firms to ensure effective technology integration and resolving client issues. Tom holds a degree in Zoology, with a focus on Chemistry, from North Dakota State University, obtained in 2014.
