Jan Boelen

Jan Boelen currently serves as Commissaris Toezichthouder at NV ROVA Holding since June 2023 and has held the position of Algemeen Directeur - Bestuurder at COVRA N.V. since November 2013. Prior experience includes roles such as Project Director for Organisation Transition & Optimisation at SITA Nederland, focusing on operational enhancements, and Project Director at SITA Northern Europe Waste Services, where business improvement and innovation were key responsibilities. Jan Boelen also directed strategy and sustainable development for SITA Waste Services in Hong Kong, contributing to regional strategy implementation. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Nuon Heat and AVR, as well as a long tenure at Air Liquide in commercial and operational capacities, and strategic asset planning at Shell.
