Steven McFarland has had a diverse and successful career. In 2014, they began working as the Men's Basketball Video Coordinator Assistant at the University of Kentucky, where they learned the dedication, commitment, preparation and work ethic it takes to be successful. Steven worked with the 2015 SEC champions and Final Four 38-1 UK basketball team. In 2015, they took on the role of NBA Player Development Assistant at IMPACT Basketball. In 2016, they became the Director of McFarland Complete Basketball Training. Most recently, in 2017, they took on the role of Vice President of Client Relations at RoveIQ, a technology company that specializes in Digital Directories, Smart Kiosks, and 3D wayfinding software.
Steven McFarland attended Georgetown College for two years from 2009 to 2011. Steven then went on to Northern Kentucky University, graduating in 2014 with a Bachelor's Degree in the College of Education, specializing in Middle Grades. After that, they earned a Master's Degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotions - Sports Leadership from the University of Kentucky in 2016.
