Sejdi Fazlija

Sejdi Fazlija is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain, materials management, and continuous improvement. At Rovema GmbH, Sejdi served as Vice President of Supply Chain & Global Service and Head of Materials Management & Continuous Improvement from October 2024 to September 2025. Prior to this role, Sejdi was with Emerson from January 2018 to October 2024 as PFC Business Value Stream Manager and Materials Manager, and served as a Quality, EHS & Lean Manager and Business Track Leader focused on integrating business processes across European facilities. Earlier experience includes a position as Projektassistent at GTP Schaefer and a role as Tutor at Hochschule Niederrhein. Sejdi holds a Master of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln and an RWTH Executive Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from RWTH Aachen University.
