Donna Wycoff

Donna Wycoff is a Learning & Development Manager at Rover.com, with an extensive background in talent management and training. Previous roles include Program Manager in Talent Management and Sr. Talent Program Designer at REI, as well as a Training and Development Specialist II and Talent Program Designer. Earlier in their career, Donna served as a Workplace Learning Specialist at Borders and a Sales Training Coordinator at Kellogg Company, alongside an internship in Staffing and Recruiting. Currently pursuing a B.A. in Organizational Communications, Spanish, and Human Resources at Western Michigan University, Donna has been dedicated to developing talent and enhancing workplace learning throughout their career.
