Roberta McClelland

Roberta McClelland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and workplace operations. Currently serving as the Director of Inclusion & Employee Experience at Rover.com since February 2018, Roberta has also held multiple leadership roles within the organization, focusing on workplace experience and HR functions. Prior experience includes serving as the Regional Workplace Services Manager at Snapchat, Inc., and various managerial positions at Hulu, where expertise encompassed regional office workplace experience. Additional roles were undertaken at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound as HR/Administrative Manager, and at ServiceNet Inc. in various HR capacities. Roberta holds a B.A. in English and Film from the University of Delaware.
