Thomas Ruotsalainen

Thomas Ruotsalainen has extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as the Lead Producer at Rovio Entertainment Corporation since May 2014. In this role, Thomas oversees overall strategy and operations for various projects, mentoring other producers and managing team structures and processes. Previous positions at Rovio include Senior Producer, LiveOps Producer, Producer, and Junior Producer, with responsibilities ranging from agile practices to live product management. Thomas began a career as a QA Tester, shipping over 20 cross-platform game updates. Prior to joining Rovio, Thomas worked as a Workshop Master at Aalto University and holds a degree in Media Studies from Helsingin Tekniikan alan oppilaitos.
