Juan Correa

Juan Correa serves as the Operations Engineering Manager at Rovira Biscuits Corporation since July 2020, overseeing multiple teams including manufacturing, EHS, and facilities. Previously, Juan held various engineering management roles at Stryker from 2011 to April 2020, contributing to the medical technology sector with responsibilities including overseeing automation, engineering support for production, and collaborating with R&D on new product introductions. Earlier in the career, Juan worked at CooperVision from 2001 to 2011, leading the tooling engineering and process automation teams in the design and manufacturing of contact lenses. Juan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
