Ian Meaux

Ian Meaux has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Ian began their career at TT Electronics as a Process Engineer, where they worked on wiring harness prototypes and instructed operators on harness construction. Ian then moved on to work at Live Do USA as an Electrical Engineer, collaborating with cross-functional teams on automated manufacturing equipment. At Parata Systems, they served as a Reliability Technician, ensuring the correct operation of prescription filling machines.

Ian then transitioned to BAE Systems, Inc. as an Electrical Engineer I, supporting the engineering team for mobile radio/SATCOM communication systems. Ian conducted market research, communicated specifications with vendors, and edited existing drawing packages. Ian then joined Engine Systems, Inc. as a Dedication (Validation) Engineer, creating dedication reports for commercial components used in back-up diesel generator sets.

In their next role at American Tower as an RF Engineer, Ian performed radio frequency interference calculations, created technical reports, and modeled towers for customers. Ian then worked as an Electrical AutoCAD Designer on a contract basis at PowerSecure, collaborating with engineers to design electrical power management systems and reviewing electrical schematics.

Ian's experience also includes working as an Electrical Project Engineer at Wilsonart LLC, where they led and managed electrical/control focused projects. At Extron Electronics, they served as an Engineering Project Manager, scheduling meetings, collaborating with various departments, and offering input on product development efficiency. Currently, Ian works at RoviSys as a Project Engineer, creating and reviewing ladder logic code, HMI applications, and design specification documents.
