Kristina Herman, EIT, has a diverse work experience history. Kristina started their career at RoviSys in 2017 as a Systems Engineering Co-op, where they gained valuable experience until January 2018. Later in 2018, they returned to RoviSys for another co-op position, this time as a Systems Engineering Co-op. In 2019, they transitioned into a full-time role as a Systems Engineer and eventually became a Project Engineer in April 2022. Prior to their time at RoviSys, Kristina worked as a Dairy Farmer at Workinger Farms, Incorporated from 2002 to 2019. Kristina also worked as an Engineering Co-op at Valero Energy Corporation in 2017 and as a Student Research Assistant at the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center in 2016. Before starting their professional career, Kristina worked as a Faculty Assistant at Ohio University's Charles J. Ping Recreation Center from 2014 to 2016. Overall, Kristina's work experience showcases their diverse skill set and dedication to various industries.

Kristina Herman, EIT, completed their high school education at Orrville High School, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. Following their graduation from high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at Ohio University. Kristina enrolled at Ohio University in 2014 and successfully completed their degree in 2019. In addition to their formal education, Kristina also obtained the certification of SAFESTART Trainer from SafeStart International in February 2017.
