Matthew Stablein has a diverse work experience, starting as a Laboratory Intern at Henwil Corporation in 2015. Matthew then moved on to be a Laboratory Intern at Ferro Corporation in 2016 and a Peer Writing Consultant at Case Western Reserve University from 2015 to 2017. Matthew gained research experience as a Research Intern at Case Western Reserve University's Electrochemical Engineering and Energy Lab from 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, they transitioned to a Process Control Engineer role at United Refining Company, where they managed the Emerson DeltaV system and led various projects, including the construction of a stripper tower and the migration from Foundation Fieldbus to HART CHARMs. Matthew also provided troubleshooting support, implemented and maintained Advanced Process Control systems, and supported DeltaV SIS on furnaces and boilers.

Starting in 2020, Matthew joined Synthomer as a Control System Engineer. Matthew supported various control systems, including Emerson DeltaV, Allen Bradley PLCs, Foxboro I/A System, and Modicon PLCs. Matthew also led an upgrade project and managed vendor support for DeltaV. Additionally, they continued their role as a Control System Engineer at Synthomer until 2022.

Currently, Matthew is working as a Project Engineer I at RoviSys, starting in October 2022.

Matthew Stablein attended Case Western Reserve University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
