Mineeshmon Mathew has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Mineeshmon started their career at SMRT Corporation Ltd in 2013 as an Assistant Engineer, specializing in the maintenance and operation of various vehicles. Mineeshmon worked with Multi-Function Vehicle (MFV), Hitachi Locomotive, and Heavy Crane Vehicle (HCV), among others. Mineeshmon was also OEM certified and trained in all Specialized Track Borne Maintenance Vehicles (STMVs).

In 2017, Mineeshmon joined RoviSys as a Systems Engineer. Mineeshmon worked directly under a Lead Engineer, performing tasks such as installation, configuration, implementation, validation, and troubleshooting of OSIsoft PI Products. Mineeshmon was responsible for preparing validation and life cycle documents for clients, as well as control system implementation, software development, programming, and commissioning. Mineeshmon also worked on PLC/SCADA/HMI integration and design configuration. Mineeshmon held various roles at RoviSys, including Lead Systems Engineer and currently Project Engineer.

Mineeshmon Mathew completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the National University of Singapore from 2014 to 2017. Before that, they specialized in Science with Mathematics at St. Berchmans Higher Secondary School from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications such as "Asset Framework: Beyond the Basics" and "Event Frames and Notifications" from AVEVA PI System Learning and OSIsoft Learning, respectively, in June 2023. Other certifications include "Introduction to Developing with the PI System," "PI System - Implementation and Adoption," "PI System - Initiation and Planning," "PI System Administration: Basics," "PI System Infrastructure Specialist," "PI System Topologies," "Asset Framework: Basics," "PI Vision: Beyond the Basics," "CSI AVEVA Application Server 2020 Exam," "PI Vision: Basics," "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence," "Fundamentals of Agile Project Management," "Fundamentals of Waterfall Project Management," "Project Management Skills for Leaders," "AVEVA Application Server 2020," "Kepware Fundamentals Training," "Partner Business Training," and "Programming Foundations: Object-Oriented Design" obtained between June 2022 and June 2023.
