Teddy Lenk has a diverse work experience in engineering and research roles. They started their career as a Lab Assistant at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where they studied polymer-drug interactions and synthesized multiblock copolymers and microgels. They also contributed to publications during their tenure. After that, Teddy worked as a Process Engineering Intern at Aurora Pharmaceutical LLC.
