Steven Cowie

Steven Cowie is currently serving as the Regional Director for Europe and West Africa at ROVOP since April 2025. Prior to this role, Steven held multiple leadership positions at Beam (formerly Rovco/Vaarst), including Business Unit Director for Decommissioning and Head of Business Acquisition for IRM and Decommissioning from January 2024 to April 2025. From August 2020 to February 2024, Steven was the Director of Business Development at Nauticus Robotics, Inc. Steven also served as a Non-Executive Director at the Energy Industries Council from September 2018 to December 2020 and had a significant tenure at Oceaneering, where roles included Vice President & Country Manager and ROV Manager for UK & Europe. Steven holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Oil & Gas from Robert Gordon University, completed in 2015.
