Jace Hieda has extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. From 2019 to the present, Jace has worked at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, starting as a Product Marketing Manager and eventually becoming a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Digital Solutions. In this role, Jace focuses on marketing new inflight entertainment solutions and driving alignment between different departments for strategic growth.
In 2020, Jace also took on roles at Row House, initially as an Indoor Rowing Coach and Group Fitness Instructor, and later as the Head Coach and Studio Education Focal.
Prior to that, Jace worked at JetBlue Airways from 2006 to 2018. Starting as a Coordinator Sales, Jace eventually became the Head of Western & Central U.S. Regional Marketing, where they were responsible for the airline's marketing strategy in the West-Central region. Jace played a key role in driving awareness, trial, and loyalty, and was considered an internal expert on the West Coast.
Before joining JetBlue Airways, Jace worked at USC Student Affairs as a Program Coordinator from 2004 to 2006.
Jace Hieda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy, Management, and Planning from the University of Southern California. Prior to attending USC, Jace attended the University Laboratory School PCS in Honolulu, HI, but the specific field of study is not mentioned. In addition to their formal education, Jace has obtained certifications in Foundations and PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute.
