Wendy Roueche

Wendy Roueche is an experienced financial and administrative professional with a diverse background in tax collection and banking. Currently serving as the Assistant Tax Collector and previously as the Deputy Tax Collector for Rowan County since June 2018, Wendy has honed expertise in public finance. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Registrar at Rowan County Register of Deeds from June 2017 to June 2018, and over a decade in banking as Assistant Vice-President and Branch Manager at F&M Bank from March 2005 to December 2016, as well as Branch Manager at Citifinancial (formerly Commercial Credit) from June 1995 to March 2005. Wendy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, obtained between 1988 and 1991.
