Jessica Lehigh

Jessica Lehigh, P.E. is an experienced civil and environmental engineer currently serving as Design Manager at Rowan Digital Infrastructure since May 2024. Previously, Jessica held the title of Project Manager at Matrix Design Group, Inc., where responsibilities included managing civil design contracts, overseeing staff engineers, and preparing applications for regulatory approvals. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Design Engineer at Bohler, Design Engineer at O'Brien & Gere, and a summer internship also at Matrix Design Group. Jessica possesses a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Duke University and has also studied at Queen Mary University of London.
