Jacquie Tinsley

Jacquie Tinsley currently serves as the Executive Director of Data Integration, Visualization, and Accountability at Rowan-Salisbury Schools since October 2023. Prior to this role, Tinsley held the position of Assistant Principal at Cabarrus-Kannapolis Early College from August 2022 to October 2023. Tinsley's teaching experience spans multiple years, including roles as an English Teacher at Cabarrus-Kannapolis Early College High School and as an English/IB Theory of Knowledge Teacher in Cabarrus County Schools. Additional teaching experience includes a tenure at Duval County Public Schools, where Tinsley taught English in various programs. Tinsley earned a Master’s degree in Learning and Teaching from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of North Florida.
