Robert Penn

Robert Penn is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network security, programming, and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Security Administrator at Rowan University since June 2015, Robert has held various roles including Information Security Officer and Network Security Analyst at NJ Dept of Health from March 2003 to June 2015, where critical network security infrastructure was designed and managed. With a background as a Programmer Analyst/Network Administrator at Penn Computer Consultants since January 1998, Robert has led significant projects, including the transition of billing systems to web-based platforms and the development of appealing corporate websites. Additionally, experience includes roles in networking engineering, technical support, and field engineering across various organizations, supported by a diploma in Electronic Engineering in Specialized Technology.
