Tom Panico

Tom Panico has extensive experience in the digital gaming industry and education, currently serving as the Manager for The Center for Esports at Rowan University since July 2025. Previously, Panico held the role of Kickstarter Consultant at Freedom Games from October 2021 to May 2025 and worked as faculty at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology from May 2020 to December 2024. From May 2019 to January 2021, Panico was the Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Partnership Development at Philly Esports while also managing communications and marketing efforts. As a co-owner of Silverclutch Games from January 2015 to December 2020, Panico led product asset development and brand identity. Panico began a career in art direction and design as Art Director and Lead Designer at Breaking Glass Pictures from February 2014 to December 2015, focusing on brand development and promotional campaigns. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the University of the Arts.
