Guillermo Aponte currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Rowley Company since March 2023. Previously, Aponte held the same title at Safran from September 2021 to October 2022. Prior to these roles, Aponte was President and CEO at Varel International Energy Services from August 2005 to March 2020, where Aponte significantly increased revenue by $90 million over five years and optimized company operations across more than 40 countries. Aponte also served as Vice President of Supply Chain and Operational Excellence and Lean Director and Plant Manager at Varel. Earlier in Aponte's career, positions included Plant Manager at Federal-Mogul Motorparts and Philips Lighting. Aponte holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Valle de México, alongside executive education from MIT Sloan.
