Gence Emek

Gence Emek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, investment, and entrepreneurship across the EMEA region. Currently serving as Founding GTM at Rox since August 2025, Gence is also involved as an investor at Ventures Together and Heliotec, focusing on pre-seed and seed-stage startups in AI and sustainability. Previously, Gence held the position of Head of Sales, EMEA at Novata, achieving significant ARR growth, and served as Sales Director at Novisto. As the founder and CEO of FuturePresent, Gence created a community aimed at democratizing sustainability. Early career milestones include co-founding ecosio, where Gence led UK operations and contributed to a successful $200M exit, and working at MuleSoft, where Gence achieved notable recognition as the top outbound account development executive globally. Gence holds a Master's Degree in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and dual Bachelor's degrees in Philosophy from the University of Nottingham and The Australian National University.
