Roxas and Company, Inc. is a holding and investment company. The Company has interests in the sugar businesses of Roxas Holdings, Inc. (RHI); the real estate and hotel business of Roxaco Land Corporation (RLC); renewable energy business of Roxas Green Energy Corporation (RGEC), and the coconut processing business of Roxas Sigma Agriventures, Inc. (RSAI). Its segments include Real Estate and Others. Its Real Estate segment acquires, develops, subdivides, leases and sells agricultural, industrial, commercial, residential and other real properties, through its subsidiary RLC. The Others segment owns various tracts of lands in Nasugbu, Batangas; RGEC, an entity engaged in the renewable energy; RSAI, an entity engaged in the manufacture of coconut products, and United Ventures Corporation, a leasing company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is also engaged in real estate, funeral and related services, warehouse leasing, hotel and leisure, and manufacturing business.
