Ousseni Ouedraogo is an experienced mine geologist currently employed at Roxgold Inc. since October 2022. Previously, Ousseni held the position of Géologue de contrôle de teneur at Roxgold Sanu from March 2017 to May 2023 and served as a part-time geology and mining instructor at CFPEM International et ISC from July 2015 to May 2023. Roxgold Inc. is a Canada-based gold exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and evaluating mineral properties, and developing them through to construction or disposing them when the evaluation is completed. The Company has a development project, the Yaramoko Gold Project, which is located in Burkina Faso, West Africa. The Yaramoko permit covers approximately 200 square kilometers in the Province of Bale in southwestern Burkina Faso. The Company also holds interest in the Houko, Solna and Boussara exploration properties. The Solna properties include contiguous permits, such as Solna, Teyango and Yantara in total covering approximately 37, 300 hectares in the Province of Yagha in eastern Burkina Faso. The Boussoura property is located in the province of Poni. The Boussoura permit covers an area of approximately 244.5 square kilometers. The Houko permit is located adjacent to the Company's Yaramoko permit.
