Mats Åhman

Mats Åhman has extensive experience in executive positions with various companies. Mats started their career at Gotaverken Arendal as a Project Manager from 1995 to 1998. Mats then joined Autoliv, where they held several roles including Project Manager, Group Manager, Department Manager, and eventually became the Managing Director of the China Technical Center and Vice President of Engineering China. During their time at Autoliv, they played a key role in expanding sales in China and establishing new operations plants. In 2011, they joined TitanX Engine Cooling Holding AB as the Vice President of Research, Development & Projects, where they led a carve-out of three separate entities into a global player in Heavy Duty Engine cooling. Mats also implemented PLM software and made business process changes to enhance efficiency. In 2015, Mats Åhman joined Roxtec Group as the Executive Vice President of Product and later took on the role of Executive Vice President of Digital Solutions, focusing on adding digital products and services to the company's portfolio. Additionally, they served as a Board Member at Trummenäs Golfklubb from 2019 to 2021.

Mats Åhman obtained an MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture from Chalmers University of Technology from 1990 to 1995. In 2018, Mats Åhman also completed a program at Styrelseakademien, earning a degree as a Styrelseledamot with emphasis on board work.
