Paul Williams

Paul Williams currently serves as the Head of Operations at Roxy Leisure Ltd, overseeing the performance of the Openings Team and driving business growth since August 2021. Prior to this role, Paul held various managerial positions, including Area Operations Manager at Revolution Bars Group PLC and General Manager at multiple locations such as Revolucion De Cuba and Smith and Jones. Paul began a career in hospitality management with Luminar PLC, managing venues like Chicago Rock Cafe and New York New York Night Club. Paul holds a Foundation degree in Hospitality & Management from Loughborough University.
