Donna Bailey possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at RoyOMartin since January 2005, having held multiple roles including Corporate Director of Employee Engagement, Human Resources Director, and Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes working as an Educator with the Allen Parish School Board from August 1993 to January 2005. Donna Bailey's educational background includes ongoing studies for a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Learning and Organizational Change at Baylor University (2021-2024), as well as prior degrees from Louisiana State University and McNeese State University.
