Ammar "Mutabagani Al Madani"

Ammar "Mutabagani Al Madani" has a diverse and extensive work experience in project management and construction. Ammar is currently employed at Rua Al Madinah Holding Company as a Senior Project Manager and Acting PMO Director. Prior to this, they worked at Khatib & Alami as a Senior Project Manager for three years. Ammar also served as a Senior Project Manager at SEDCO Development, overseeing a land subdivision project with a total area of 1.5 million square meters. Ammar managed the Wahat Jeddah Residential Development Project at KMC/KSA, and the Cayan City Development Project at CAYAN Investment & Development. Ammar has also worked as a Private Projects Manager at Seba'a Real Estate Investment Co. and held the role of Projects Department Manager at MADA AL-SHARQIAH Real Estate Investment & Development Co. In their early career, they were a Construction Manager at McDonald's, overseeing the construction and remodeling of multiple outlets. Ammar "Mutabagani Al Madani" pursued their education in the field of engineering. Ammar completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from King AbdulAziz University during the period of 1980 to 1984. Following this, they advanced their studies and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Structural Engineering from Yarmouk University between 1984 and 1986.
