Khaled Gharaibeh

Khaled Gharaibeh has a strong work experience in procurement, contracting, and commercial management. Khaled is currently working at RUA Al Madinah Holding as part of the Contracts and Commercial - Development Department - Assets Construction & Delivery team. Prior to this, they served as the Contracts & Commercial Director at Sela, where they successfully implemented procurement and contracting strategies for projects such as Riyadh Season 2021 and 2022, and Jeddah Season 2022.

Khaled also gained extensive experience during their time at Alrajhi Investment as the Bidding & Commercial Manager. Khaled was responsible for procuring and contracting for various hospitality and leisure programs, as well as multi-use buildings and master plans.

Before that, Khaled worked at Almajal Alarabi Holding, where they held the position of Projects Commercial & Control Department Manager. Khaled successfully planned, monitored, and controlled the construction of five hospitals, minimizing project budgets through value engineering and resource optimization. Khaled also served as the Contracts and Procurement Manager, overseeing the procurement of MEP materials for multiple hospital and office building programs and managing the supply chain activities for FF&E and OS&E.

Khaled started their career at the Ministry of Finance in Jordan as a Senior Procurement Engineer.

Khaled Gharaibeh completed their Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Construction Law (Arbitration & Adjudication) from Robert Gordon University from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics) from Jordan University of Science and Technology between 2000 and 2005. Khaled also obtained a Master of Science (M.S) degree in Construction Management from Yarmouk University from 2005 to 2008. In terms of certifications, Khaled Gharaibeh is a Member of the Chartered Institute of UK Arbitrators (MCIArb) from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Scottish Branch, which they obtained in June 2020. Khaled also holds a Contracts and Commercial Management Professional certification from IACCM since November 2018, a Planning and Scheduling Professional Certificate (PSP) from AACE International since October 2017, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter since July 2014.
