Mosaddeque Malik

Mosaddeque Malik has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 18 years. Mosaddeque is currently working as the Director of Design Development at Rua Al Madinah Holding Company, leading a multidisciplinary team on a large mixed-use hospitality project. Prior to this, they served as a Project Manager at Black & Veatch, where they led project management in the Columbia office and supported international projects. Before that, they held the position of Director Project Management at IDS Development | Management | Consultancy, spearheading multi-use hotel/retail/commercial developments in the GCC area. Mosaddeque also worked as the Director of Projects at CIMS Project Management Consultancy, where they managed major developments in KSA and GCC. In addition, they have held leadership roles such as Executive Director at NOVA, Vice President at Primary Intergration, and Vice President at Total Site Solutions. Mosaddeque's experience includes leading design/build teams, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating architectural and engineering disciplines. Mosaddeque has expertise in project management, operations scheduling, and business development. Mosaddeque has a proven track record of successful projects worldwide and in the US, and they have worked on impressive large-scale developments in various locations.

Mosaddeque Malik attended The Catholic University of America from 1978 to 1983, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Architecture.
