Muhammad Kobeisy

Muhammad Kobeisy currently serves as the Stakeholder Management & External Affairs Manager at RUA Al Madinah Holding since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Madinah Region Project Management Community of Practice at the Al-Madinah Region Development Authority and General Manager of Madinah BRT Transportation Transit Public Private Sector Partnership, along with several other leadership positions within the Madinah Region Development Authority. Muhammad's background also encompasses experience as a Business Analyst at Saudi Aramco and founding member of the Arabian Center of Family Business. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and continuing education in Philanthropy and Non-Profit Management.
