Jennifer McClenny has over 15 years of experience in customer service management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at Royal Manufacturing since June 2008. Prior to this position, Jennifer held various roles at Royal Manufacturing, including Regional Customer Service Manager for the Houston and Richland Hills departments, Inside Sales Manager, Estimator & Showroom Sales, and Customer Service Representative. Earlier in Jennifer's career, experience was gained as a waitress at The Shed Cafe from 2005 until June 2008.
