Ahmad Matour

Ahmad Matoor is an experienced professional in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Lead Food & Beverage Instructor at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Restaurant Manager at Marriott Hotels from February 2020 to June 2021, and positions at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC from June 2016 to December 2019, where Ahmad held both Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Supervisor titles. Ahmad's career also includes a pre-opening role as Captain at MILLENNIUM Hotel Amman from December 2012 to May 2016. Ahmad holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Applied Science Private University, completed in 2016.
