Leen Halaseh

Leen Halaseh possesses extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality sectors, currently serving as a Service Instructor at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts since April 2022. Previous roles include Hygiene Manager and Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from July 2011 to March 2022, and various positions in food and beverage administration. Leen successfully owned and managed La Quercia - Coffee & Donuts from May 2008 to September 2011, overseeing all managerial operations and financial aspects. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Pastry Chef at Crafty Cooks - Amman and as Nature's Kitchen Chef at Sand Cat Camp. Educational credentials feature a High Diploma in Hotel Management from The American Academy for Hotel Management and a High School Diploma in Hospitality from Latin Patriarchate College.
