Senior Culinary Instructor at Royal Academy of Culinary Arts

Mazen Qusous is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in teaching and kitchen operations. Currently serving as a Senior Culinary Instructor at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts since May 2019, Mazen has previously held positions including Culinary Instructor and Chef De Partie at W Amman and Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea, respectively. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Executive Chef at Mashrabieh Catering Company, Demi Chef De Partie at Boulevard Arjaan By Rotana, and Commis Chef at Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel. An initial culinary training was completed as an Internship Trainee at Le Royal Hotel Amman. Mazen holds a Diploma in Culinary Arts from The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, earned between September 2010 and August 2012.
