Sandy Haddad brings extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Room Division Instructor at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts since October 2023. Previously, Sandy has been an Ambassador at NAMA Women Advancement Establishment since July 2019 and worked as a Floor Supervisor at The Ritz-Carlton in Amman from April to June 2022. Sandy's prior role as a Housekeeping Coordinator at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts spanned six years, from May 2016 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes teaching at Theodor Schneller School between September 2012 and February 2015. Sandy holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from The Hashemite University, earned between September 2008 and August 2012.

The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, a member of the EHL Network of Certified Schools, is a technical university college which provides Bachelor and Diploma programs, founded in 2008 to fulfill the vision of his Majesty King Abdullah II of having a culinary school in Jordan operating at the highest international standards, and to introduce the Swiss experience of merging practical and hands-on training with academic education.
