Henrik Hagemann is a co-founder and Chief Product and Innovation Officer at Puraffinity, focused on engineering precision materials to eliminate PFAS chemicals from water, with the ambitious goal of providing 1 billion people with safe water by 2030. Hagemann has engaged in multiple entrepreneurial initiatives, serving as a Pledger for the Imperial Entrepreneurs' Pledge, and as a member of the Royal Academy of Engineering's Industry Leaders Group on Diversity & Inclusion. Previous experience includes co-founding SynBIC, involvement in the iGEM competition developing water filtration technology, and holding leadership roles in the Imperial College Wushu Society. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London and an entrepreneurship program at Cambridge Judge Business School.
