Katy A. is currently serving as a Diversity and Inclusion Advisor at the Royal Academy of Engineering, a role held since February 2024. Prior to this position, Katy was an Inclusion & Diversity Consultant at Inclusive Employers from January 2023 to February 2024 and provided Diversity Inclusion & Wellbeing Support at the UK Civil Service between October 2021 and January 2023. Earlier experience includes a Customer Success Manager role at ScreenCloud from February 2020 to October 2021, a brief position as Membership Administrator at THE MEDICAL DEFENCE UNION LIMITED in late 2019, and Financial Administrator at NICHOLAS & HARRIS LIMITED in late 2018. Katy worked as a Mathematics & Science Tutor while self-employed in September 2018 and served as Floor Manager at Pretty Little Thing during summer 2018. Additionally, Katy was involved with The University of Sheffield as a Student Ambassador and International Ambassador from September 2015 to July 2018.
