Lewis Matheson

Lewis Matheson is an experienced educator and leader in the field of physics, currently serving as the Director of Physics Online Ltd since July 2017, and as a Teacher Coordinator at the Royal Academy of Engineering. With a robust background in teaching, Lewis has held positions as Head of Science at Kingswood School and Head of Physics at Beechen Cliff, where significant advancements in physics education were achieved. Additionally, Lewis has contributed to teacher development as a School-based Physics Coach with the Institute of Physics. Prior military experience as a Royal Artillery officer in the British Army, coupled with training as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller, complements a strong academic foundation in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
