Will Olughu

Will Olughu is a highly experienced professional in the field of biotechnology and chemical engineering, currently serving as a Visiting Professor at the Royal Academy of Engineering since October 2022. Prior to this role, Will worked at Ipsen as a Senior Principal Scientist and Principal Scientist, where expertise included CMC development, cross-functional team leadership, GxP, and team management. Will’s experience also encompasses fermentation process development as a Fermentation Development Lead and processes development as a Senior Scientist at Porton Biopharma Ltd. Will's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, both obtained from Loughborough University. Additionally, Will has experience as a Postgraduate Researcher and Research Analyst in sustainable energy.
