Shane Day

Shane Day is an experienced professional in the specialty chemicals and adhesive industries, currently serving as the Vice President of Latex Additives & Surfactants at TRCC since October 2023. Prior to this role, Shane was the Global Sales Director at Tiarco-RST from 2019 onward and held various sales positions at Royal Adhesives & Sealants from October 2004, including Sales Manager and National Account Manager. Shane's career began at Textile Rubber & Chemical Co., where responsibilities included technical support for carpet accounts from 1995 to 2004. Shane holds a B.S. degree in Animal Sciences from Mississippi State University, which was earned between 1991 and 1993.
