Petra Sugiarto

Petra Sugiarto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food and dairy sectors. Currently serving as Vice President for the NSW Dairy Industry Association Australia since September 2023, Petra also holds the position of Sweet Goods & Dairy Application Manager for ADM, leading the APAC CD&D Sweet Goods and Dairy Market Segment since June 2020. With a longstanding association with Dairy Australia since 2013, Petra has been involved in judging panels for the Annual Australia Grand Dairy Awards. Additional contributions include judging roles at the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, the Dairy Industry Association of Australia, and CHOICE magazine. Previous experience includes roles at Tismor Health & Wellness Pty Limited as Research and Innovation Manager and at DuPont Nutrition & Health as Senior Application Specialist. Petra's educational background includes a Master of Applied Science in Food Microbiology and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Food Science and Technology from UNSW, along with an Advanced Certificate in Food Technology from TAFE NSW.
