Gary Waterfall

Gary Waterfall serves as a Senior Defence Advisor at DSEI and a Chairman of the Red Arrows Trust. With extensive experience in both advisory and leadership roles, Gary currently holds multiple positions, including Business Development Advisor at Hybrid Air Vehicles Ltd, Senior Defence Adviser at FrontierIP, and Director at Pegasus Potential. Gary's military career spanned over three decades with the Royal Air Force, culminating in the role of Chief of Staff (Operations) at PJHQ, responsible for the planning and execution of UK-led operations. Previous appointments include Air Officer Number 1 Group, Typhoon Force Commander, and Air Component Commander during NATO-led Operation UNIFIED PROTECTOR. Gary's education includes a degree from the Joint Services Command and Staff College and participation in the Pinnacle Course at the Ministry of Defence.
