Aziza Alachbili

Aziza Alachbili is currently the Head of In-Flight Connectivity at Royal Air Maroc since September 2025. Prior to this role, Aziza served as Director of Mobility Systems Engineering at Hughes, where expertise in LEO and GEO satellite systems and in-flight connectivity was developed from December 2021 to September 2025. Additional experience includes a position as Senior Consultant at Hughes Network Systems, and as Senior Manager of Marketing Opérationnel Entreprise at Orange, focusing on customer experience and loyalty. Aziza began a career at Hughes Network Systems as a Project Engineer and progressed to Project Manager within the marketing group. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University.
