Deron Morris

Deron Morris is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in providing high-end support and specialized services within the financial sector. Currently serving as a Manager at Royal Alliance Associates since November 2018, Deron actively assists representatives in growing their businesses. Previous roles include Relationship Manager and Rep Relations Specialist at Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc., where Deron focused on supporting top representatives and managing a high-end call center for financial advisors. Deron’s earlier experience includes customer service as a Contact Center Representative at Transamerica Retirement Solutions and entrepreneurial leadership as Owner/President of Treehouse Puppets & Treasures. Deron also brings a strong background in corporate communication from AEGON, where management of communication efforts was key. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communication Processes from the University of Florida and a FINRA Series 7 License.
