Johnrey Hassan

JohnRey Hassan has extensive work experience in the healthcare and legal fields, with a focus on healthcare operations and legal counsel. JohnRey served as the Chief Administrative Officer & In-House Counsel at Royal Ambulance, General Counsel at Onward, and Regional Director at Global Medical Response and American Medical Response. Additionally, they held roles as an Attorney at a Law Office, Flight Nurse/Paramedic at REACH Air Medical Services, and U.S. Park Ranger-Federal Law Enforcement Officer-Paramedic with the National Park Service. JohnRey Hassan also taught wilderness medicine as a Faculty member at the Wilderness Medicine Institute of NOLS and served as Deputy Chief-EMS at the Black Rock City Emergency Services Department. Throughout their career, they have exhibited strong leadership skills and expertise in healthcare operations, legal matters, and emergency medical services.

JohnRey Hassan earned a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing Science from UC Irvine in 2010. JohnRey then pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.), with Honors, specializing in Business and Litigation from Golden Gate University, School of Law, graduating in 2020. In between, they completed Seasonal Land Management Police Training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center Approved Academy in 2009 and the POST Reserve Academy at Orange County Sheriff's Academy in 2007. Additionally, JohnRey holds various certifications in emergency nursing, wilderness medicine, and is a licensed attorney and counselor in the State Bar of California.
