Dr Mark Dixon

Dr. Mark Dixon currently serves as the Deputy Director of Medical Services at Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service and is a Lecturer at The University of Queensland. With extensive experience in medical education and administration, Dr. Dixon has held the position of Medical Administration Trainee at the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators, Senior Registrar for Medical Education and Wellbeing at Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service, and multiple roles as a GP Registrar at various institutions. Dr. Dixon's educational background includes a Master's degree in Health Professional Education from The University of Notre Dame Australia and ongoing Master's studies in Health Leadership and Management, as well as Global Health at UNSW, complemented by a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from The University of Notre Dame Australia and a diverse foundation in Arts and Science degrees from multiple universities.
