Professor Erwin Loh

Professor Erwin Loh has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as a Board Director at the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators. Professor Erwin later became the Vice President and the Chair of the Victorian State Committee. In 2018, they joined St Vincent's Health Australia as the Group Chief Medical Officer and Group General Manager of Clinical Governance. Professor Erwin also holds academic positions at Monash University, University of Melbourne, and Macquarie University, where they are a Professor and Honorary Professor. In addition, Professor Loh serves on various boards and committees, including the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, St Vincent's Institute of Medical Research, Prostate Cancer Outcomes Registry (PCOR-ANZ), and The Royal Australasian College of Physicians. Professor Erwin also holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LLB) degree from Monash University. In addition, they have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southern Cross University and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from the Australian Institute of Business. Professor Erwin'sPhD thesis focused on Doctors in Senior Hospital Management.

Professor Loh further pursued their education in the field of health management by obtaining a Master of Heath Services Management (MHSM) degree from Monash University. Professor Erwin has also attained various fellowships, including a Fellowship in Medical Administration specialty (FRACMA) from the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators, a Fellowship in Health Management specialty (FCHSM) from the Australasian College of Health Service Management, and a Fellowship in Health Law specialty (FACLM) from the Australasian College of Legal Medicine.

Moreover, Professor Loh holds a fellowship in Company Directors Course (GAICD) from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellowship in the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM), and a Chartered Fellowship (CMgr FCMI) from the Chartered Management Institute.
