Anouk Vis

Anouk Vis has a diverse work experience in procurement and management roles. Anouk started their career as a Procurement Trainee at Koninklijke Grolsch N.V. in 2006. Anouk then moved on to Essent, where they held various roles including Purchaser HR and Senior Purchaser HR, where they were responsible for hiring professional services and flex workers. Anouk also served as a project manager for centralizing the hiring desk and developing hire policies and reporting on external staff. In 2014, Anouk joined innogy SE as an International Category Manager and later became the Team Lead Services (HR) Procurement Benelux, overseeing the HR and Facilities team and implementing systems. Since 2016, they have been working at Royal BAM Group nv, initially as a Manager Procurement Excellence and currently as the Global Director Procurement Excellence & Procurement Services NL. Anouk'sresponsibilities include managing procurement processes, systems, reporting, policies, analytics, and rebate administration with an international focus.

Anouk Vis started their education at Christelijk Lyceum Veenendaal (Gymnasium) from 1995 to 2001. Anouk then went on to attend the University of Twente, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Design Engineering - Management of Product Development with honors, completing their studies from 2001 to 2007.
